Many challenges in our warehouse
In our warehouse we handle in average 40 pallets and individual packages per day, many customers are recurrent and has supply agreements. For example a big automotive OEM company for worldwide distributions and a German Medical Equipment OEM. With these customers we have made an agreement handling their special packing pallets, boxes and EDI-solutions. For one large company we have constructed and designed an antistatic cut-out packing material for safer transports, which they returns empty and we reuse them for later deliveries with EUR pallets and collars. For some customers we also handle consignment stock so the delivery times never is a problem. Even if this material is quite space intensive, it contributes to reduce both carbon dioxide emissions and unnecessary waste.
This challenge, among others has Anders here at Adigo. He is master at bringing together the logistics at the warehouse and likes the challenge of coordinating so much material every day as well as keeping track of all booking deadlines.
